Hot Honey Chickpeas with Couscous and Almond Crunch Citrus Salad

This plate reminds me of summer cook outs and gathering with friends, that maybe don't actually have a grill. The chickpeas can be done in the Instant Pot (my favorite way to cook beans and legumes) or be canned if you are in a pinch.
It is sweet, savory, and has a bit of a kick that is balanced nicely with the comforting couscous and crisp citrus salad.
