....Ok, this is how it works:
Step 1 - CONTACT
Contact to book a call to discuss the nature of your event. After understanding your vision and budget, I provide a price based on your needs.
Step 2 - BOOK
After we have settled on the agreed budget, a $250 holding deposit reserves your event date and secures the price. This deposit is returned on the next invoice, but is non-refundable for canceled events. A new deposit is required for a change of date. I typically book events 2-4 months in advance.
STEP 3 - MENU
I send a customized menu for your group so you know what to look forward to!
Step 4 - WE GET TO WORK
7 days before your event, the first 50% is due. The final payment is submitted on the last day of the event.

Fruit & Yogurt Bowls
Unsweetened or vanilla yogurt with fresh berries, honey, homemade granola, nuts and seeds.
Hard Boiled Eggs with Crisp Toast
Gluten free or rye crisp bread lightly salted.
Chia Oat Pots
Soaked chia seeds layered with fruit jam and overnight oats.
Fresh Fruit, Nuts
Seasonal cut fruit with raw nuts and seeds.
BREAKFASTS
Savory Scramble with Toast, Avocado or Jam
Spinach, tomato with tofu scramble or eggs.
Breakfast Burritos
Egg or tofu scramble with black beans, potatoes, guacamole and salsa.
Golden Saffron Porridge with Berries
Warm steel cut oats with saffron threads, turmeric, cinnamon, coconut palm sugar and coconut milk. Blackberries, blueberries, bananas.
LUNCH SIDES
Zucchini Fritters
Chickpea flour, zucchini, red bell peppers, scallions, carrot with lemon garlic aioli.
Hummus and Veggie Pinwheels
Tortillas with hummus and veggies rolled and sliced into bite-size wheels.

Organic spring mix, carrot, cucumber, sprouts, pumpkin seeds, farro, golden raisins and a honey-lemon citrus vinaigrette.
Roasted Root Vegetable Salad
